M&A Finance Integration Lead

About the role The M&A Finance Integration Lead will drive the strategy, timing, and orchestration of integration motions at Adobe as part of the Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”) organization. We are looking for someone to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of all M&A transactions, from financial deal diligence and pre-close integration planning, to post-merger integration execution. You'll lead as a strategic thought partner with our stakeholders across Finance (Accounting, Revenue, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Global Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Payroll and Equity Compensation, Risk Advisory) and cross-functional workstreams (Corp Dev, IT, HR, etc.) This role is based in San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT. We have a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
