National Accounts Engineering Manager Department: Power Systems Division (PSD): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Irving-Las Colinas: Reporting To: Jen Norman: Description: The National Accounts Engineering Manager will execute a vision for enhancing the performance of Project Managers and Project Engineers while being responsible for setting expectations on format, substance, and deliverables. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring engineering projects from initiation through delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with necessary team members, external parties as well as customers. This individual is responsible for the overall health of the projects. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: - Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; - Collaborate with key internal/external resources; - Participate in ongoing self-development.
