Overview PURPOSE & IMPACT: The Packaging Developer role is an important role in the RDQ Packaging team, which requires experience in packaging development and technical project management to implement the agreed programs of work - Packaging Strategy (Innovation, Renovation, Sustainability, Value Creation) and the Segments and Clusters program. Covering the breadth of the NPD process, innovation, renovations and maintenance activities in the Supply Unit and at Copackers (End State) - as business priorities demand. The ability to lead and manage complex packaging tasks and projects involving cross functional interaction is essential in particular with the product Development teams as well as supply chain and quality teams.
