Job Description: In this Resourcing Coordinator role, you’ll keep critical programmes moving by making sure the right people are in place, fully supported, and ready to start. The Opportunity: As a Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right people are in place at the right time, supporting critical programmes at one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects. Your coordination and organisation will directly support safe, timely progress towards An Electric Britain. You’ll join us on a salary starting of £32,216 per annum based at #HinkleyPointC. This role requires a minimum of three days a week onsite, with flexibility on other days to work from alternative locations where appropriate. Working closely with hiring managers, commissioning teams, and security and HR partners, you’ll help shape efficient resourcing processes, build strong pipelines, and improve how we mobilise talent.
