Title: Seasonal Employee Hourly Department Org: Environmental Sciences - 101250 Employee Classification: H6 - Intermittent - Seasonal Hourly Bargaining Unit: Bargaining Unit Exempt: Primary Location: MC AC: Shift: 1: Posted Salary: $23.00/hour: Job Description: The Department of Environmental Sciences, University of Toledo, OH seeks a Geophysics Research Assistant who be involved in field and laboratory geophysical and hydrological investigations as well as data processing, inversion, interpretation and numerical modeling. The position is part of a US-DOE Funded COMPASS-FME project. The project involves collaboration between scientists from several institutions and national laboratory including the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, and Oakridge National Laboratory. Close collaboration with other COMPASS-FME project partners and scientists is expected. The position is available as a full-time position until August 21, 2026.
