Job description

Reporting to the Vice President, Child Care and Development, the Child Care Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg child care programs by providing coordinated administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and registration functions. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to organizational policies and provincial child care regulations, while supporting child care leaders and staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
