Job Description The Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing salaried group leaders in the implementation and execution of established business processes within the Global Supply Chain organization. This role involves fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. The work is technical in nature, requiring independent judgment within the framework of GMS, with a focus on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Must possess the ability to address complex problems and supervise a group of salaried employees and processes. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): In this role, you will coach, train, develop and evaluate employees. You will provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems, and assist in obtaining resources to effectively perform operations in addition to the following: Maintain awareness of quality standards, and communicates department quality goals, and utilizes resources to solve quality issues.
