Assists in receiving, investigating, and resolving complaints in these facilities and advocating for the rights of the residents. Provides information about the ombudsman program to residents, family members, and the community at large. Maintains records and submits reports. The position of LTC Ombudsman reports to the VP of Advocacy Resources.This position is part-time. Pay Rate: $20.00/hr-$25.63/hr Essential functions: Primary duties include: Ombudsman Services - Provide quality Ombudsman service to individuals, family members, and long-term care providers in service area.
