The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. As a Business Analyst within our Markets Technology—Prime Brokerage team, you will serve as the critical link between our front-office trading desks, risk management, operations(back-office), and technology engineering teams. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex business challenges and delivering innovative technology solutions that drive our trade lifecycle management, back-office operations, client billing (PnL), and regulatory compliance functions.
