This position is directly responsible for planning and implementing effective strategies to manage the recruitment team’s activities and achieve established blood collection goals, meeting key performance indicators and building community relationships. This individual will provide direction for retaining current accounts, developing new accounts and focusing on controlling financial efficiencies while utilizing the current recruitment tools. This position requires the employee to have in person interaction and coordination of work with other employees in the workplace, as well as face to face interaction with members of the public and/or donors.
