Job Description: Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test with a strong software development background. The Team: The Workplace Investing Quality Engineering team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test. This role is part of the Quality Engineering organization within the Workplace Investing division, where you’ll design and build test automation frameworks and internal utilities to support scalable, high-quality software delivery. You’ll also contribute to E2E, Performance testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, and shift-left testing strategies to ensure early defect detection and continuous quality improvement. This role will be based out of Westlake, TX. In this role, you’ll be a key member of a team composed of cross functional highly skilled professionals, working autonomously to deliver high-impact solutions.
