This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who can perform basic handyman tasks and is eager to learn from more experienced technicians. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll have flexibility in your schedule while gaining valuable, hands-on training with the opportunity to grow into a full technician role. Key Responsibilities: - Complete basic handyman services under supervision (light carpentry, drywall patching, painting, caulking, fixture installation, minor repairs). - Assist experienced handymen on larger jobs — preparing work areas, carrying tools, clean-up, and finishing touches. - Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service when on-site with clients. - Keep job sites and tools organized and clean. - Track your time and job details accurately. - Follow safety protocols and company quality standards.
