Reporting to the Director of IT, the CRM Systems Administrator will oversee and enhance Salesforce as the central CRM while ensuring smooth data flow between ticketing, data warehouse, analytics, payment platforms, and website integrations. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, collaborative professional who excels in Salesforce administration and broader CRM ecosystem management ensuring that end-to-end data, workflows, and user experiences are reliable and mission aligned.
