Compliance Inspector-Canyon Gate The Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for homeowner compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This role will include general administrative duties. Compensation: $21 hourly rate Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are to limited to: - Perform weekly/monthly inspections by driving throughout property identifying non-compliant matters on homeowner lots. - Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing and electronically. - Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints a...
