IQVIA is looking for a Recruiter based in the Czech Republic to support hiring across Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. This is a delivery‑focused recruitment role supporting positions such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Support roles across Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles. - Work with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements. - Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels. - Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews. - Maintain ATS data in line with compliance requirements. - Support pipeline development for ongoing hiring needs. - Ensure recruitment activities comply with Czech labour legislation and company policies.
