This position serves as the Lead Proctor and a central facilitator of a positive, student-centered experience within the Testing Center. The role is responsible for coordinating secure and efficient testing operations, including training test proctors, administering exams, managing test materials, and resolving technical and procedural issues. In addition to operational responsibilities, the position plays a key role in guiding students through the placement process by providing clear communication about testing procedures, helping students understand their placement results, and connecting them to appropriate next steps and support services. The role prioritizes proactive outreach, accessibility, and equitable testing practices, including coordination of accommodations in collaboration with the Accessibility Office.
