Job Summary — The Senior Project Manager position performs professional project management assistance / technical guidance for projects assigned for Division 8 frames, doors, and related hardware to ensure products provided by CIH/APTURA Group meets customer expectations. The Senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for: - Perform technical assistance to Project Managers in Comsense, technical guidance work per company standards, code requirements, manufacturer capabilities, customer expectations, and contractual requirements for the projects assigned. - Provide guidance and review of customer no charges and back charges for best solution while limiting company exposure. - Help Project Managers with review of ASIs/Bulletins/RFIs/PRs/etc., pricing of change orders - Seeks out product knowledge, training, new Comsense techniques, diligently listens to instruction given, and consistently applies knowledge gained to grow expertise. - Coaching and mentoring of team members. - Assist in training of new and existing Project Management team members. - Other duties as assigned.
