About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team to manage our internal quality systems and audit our business to ensure compliance to all processes and procedures. The key focus of this role is to promote a quality culture throughout the company and develop a culture of continuous improvement focused on positively impacting the customer experience and financial performance of the business . This role is based in our Head Office in Alexandria, but is required to travel interstate to complete all branch internal audits, so flexibility to travel is a key requirement of the role.
