Role type: Permanent | Location: Lausanne or Olten (CH) | Model: Hybrid | Level of travels: 20% As we expand our Asset position across various geographies and business lines, we are looking for an Asset Originator to strengthen our capabilities and secure new opportunities. The ideal candidate identifies and secures asset-backed opportunities to enhance the company’s portfolio in European energy markets, blending commercial strategy, market knowledge, and trading. The role requires strong market insight, negotiation skills, and collaboration with various teams. By finding new opportunities and structuring deals, this person helps drive long-term portfolio growth and strengthens the company's position in dynamic energy markets. Your responsiblities: Origination & Deal Execution: - Identify, structure, negotiate and execute asset‑backed transactions (e.g., PPAs, tolling agreements, flexibility products, long‑term hedges). - Lead the full deal lifecycle: scouting, feasibility assessment, financial modelling, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding. - Develop bespoke structures for illiquid or non‑standard market horizons.
