Export Co-ordinator Role Overview: The Export Coordinator manages the end-to-end export process of our pet food products, ensuring orders are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to customer expectations. The role works closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners such as logistic providers and veterinary officials to support smooth international trade operations. Key Responsibilities: Export & Logistics Coordination: Manage export shipments from order receipt through to final delivery Book transport and work with freight forwarders and logistics providers Track shipments and resolve delays or issues where needed Act as a key contact for international customers, providing updates from order to delivery Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and service providers Respond to queries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Prepare and check all export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with destination country requirements Coordinate export health certification with our veterinary partners and ensure all product and documentation standards are met Liaise with customs authorities and government bodies to meet e...
