Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: This role leads the day‑to‑day execution and performance of the Customer Pickup (Collect) program for Walmart and Sam’s Club, ensuring feature orders are consistently fulfilled and shipped through the Clorox network. High levels of coordination across Transportation, Customer Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and BU Operations are required to mitigate risks, drive on‑time pickup, quickly resolve exceptions, and maintain strong OTIF results. In this role, you will: The role is operational, systems‑focused, and cross‑functional, with accountability for backlog management, system hygiene, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement across Walmart and Sam’s Club. The role will be dynamic, requiring a hybrid in-office work (3 days/ week) plan at the Bentonville, AR office.
