The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members to join our Relationship Management and Client Service team. Our primary goal is to provide an exceptional client experience to our clients. As an Account Manager you will develop, maintain and expand the client relationships with existing clients serving as the primary point of contact for the daily activities and initiatives of your clients. What you will do: - Enhance the client relationship by building deeper and broader relationships within your client base and developing an intimate understanding of your clients’ business and objectives. Utilize industry and SEI Solutions knowledge to consult with clients and present innovative recommendations relating to: industry trends, product differentiation (product rollout, new classes, channels, etc), new market opportunities, success stories, etc.). Client engagement and a dedication to quality service is a must for success. - Manage client and internal expectations while identifying, resolving and/or escalating critical issues.
