Summary Job Description: Supervisor - Respiratory Care Full-time, third shift, four (4) 10-hour shifts per week Occasional Friday or Sunday coverage to support weekend staff The Supervisor, Respiratory Care provides on ‑ shift leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and high ‑ quality respiratory care. This role serves as the team lead and supervisor for the shift worked, supporting staff, managing assignments, overseeing orientation and education, and acting as the primary clinical and operational resource for the department. This role does not independently oversee, initiate, or manage disciplinary actions. All disciplinary or corrective action matters are reviewed and managed in collaboration with the Respiratory Care Manager in accordance with HR policy. Requirements: A ssociate degree in respiratory therapy or related field.
