We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition efforts. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build strong candidate pipelines, improve sourcing strategies, and help drive hiring across multiple roles and markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys the challenge of finding great talent in competitive markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates for a wide range of field and office-based roles, from customer service specialists to home inspectors and technicians, while also building long-term talent pipelines to meet future workforce needs.
