OVERVIEW: The SEC Reporting Manager will play a key role in the Company’s external reporting function, reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work at the center of the Company’s financial reporting process, supporting the preparation and filing of external financial reports with the SEC while partnering cross-functionally across accounting, legal, finance, and investor relations. The position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and the annual proxy statement, as well as supporting Section 16 reporting.
