Communications Specialist - Org Change Management

Job description

The Change Management & Communications Specialist will be primarily responsible for creating and implementing change management plans and deliverables that maximize the client experience, minimize employee resistance, and enhance employee engagement through communication and training. This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, TX location. Duties include but are not limited to: - Manages a structured communication approach and methodology for the people side (clients & employees) of change caused by projects and change efforts - Creates, manages, and implements the communications portions of the change management strategy and plan based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change that support the implementation and training plans - Works with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan - Identifies potential people-side (client & employee) risks and anticipated points of resistance, and assists in plans to mitigate or address the concerns, in conjunction with the change team and other key stakeholders - Creates and enables reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of suc...
