Position Summary: Responsible for supervising Instrument and Controls maintenance work crews. Responsible for interfacing and coordinating with the station work groups and processes to ensure smooth execution of scheduled work activities in the maintenance department. Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe execution of daily maintenance work activities. Reviews work that is to be executed that day, leads daily crew briefings, makes work assignments, and conducts pre- job briefings. Performs observations of the job site to ensure safety and quality standards are being practiced. Works with other plant groups such as operations, scheduling, planning and engineering to resolve equipment issues.
