Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the energy and Data Center Power sector. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will play an essential role in supporting project execution and ensuring operational efficiency for a variety of projects, including power generation for data centers, microgrids, solar PV, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position reports to the Project Controls Lead and supports all aspects of project execution (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). Key Responsibilities: Document Control & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible. Develop familiarity with key project documents, including customer contracts, interconnection agreements, engineering deliverables (drawings, studies), procurement records (POs, SOs, supply agreements), construction permits, and financial documentation.
