This Medical Assistant II role will transition to our brand‑new Spring mill clinic location on May 4th 2026, offering a fresh space, growing team, and an energized environment. Location: - Current: 11725 N. Illinois St., Suite 595 - Effective May 4: Spring mill – 10300 N. Illinois St., Suite 1000, Carmel, IN 46290 Schedule: - Full‑time | Monday–Friday - No weekends or holidays Shift options: - 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do: - Room patients and obtain vital signs - Administer vaccines - Complete pre‑visit planning - Manage pool messages - Support prior authorizations - Scan documents and assist with daily clinic operations Who We’re Looking For: - Medical Assistant II certified candidates - Non‑certified candidates considered with relevant experience required for a MA I position - Strong communicator and team player - Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Team & Culture: - Fun, supportive, and high‑energy - Team‑oriented with a strong focus on communication - Ideal for someone who enjoys growth and change Benefits: Under the supervision of the designated supervisor and assigned physician, performs duties associated with direct patient care and...
