Environmental Strategy & Compliance Intern TECHNOLOGY PORTFOLIO: Increase Technical Resilience across the range of Cummins Products with Deep Dives in the key market segments RISK MANAGEMENT & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Manage risks and opportunities through Signpost Reviews, Technical And Environmental Stewardship TOOLS, SKILLS, AND TALENT FOR THE FUTURE: Deliver Technical Talent Strategy to equip the business with the right talent in the right locations and the right time SUSTAINABILITY PLAN LEADERSHIP: Drive our Destination Zero strategy for decarbonization, materials, and communities EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS AND NETWORKS: Leverage leaders in sustainability and AI to advance Cummins strategic positions Key Responsibilities 🔹 Capstone Projects (30–40%) 🔹 Strategic Projects (25–50%) 🔹 Administrative Support (15–20%) 🔹 Networking & Training (15–20%) - Lead 1–2 end-to-end projects involving research, analysis, and solution design. - Present findings and recommendations to project sponsors and TES leadership. - Contribute to 2–4 short-term initiatives sponsored by TES leaders or subject matter experts. - Collaborate across disciplines such as Sustainability, AI, Talent Strategy, and more. -...
