Job Description Summary The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is under the general direction and responsibility of the supervising/collaborating physician, assumes responsibility and accountability for providing care including E&M Services, H&P, discharge management, and EP procedural assistance for assigned electrophysiology patients along with outpatient clinics. Collaborates with members of the cardiology team to establish protocols, supervise treatment plan and monitor quality of clinical practice.
