The Employment Center Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Manager in delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Will oversee the Employment Center front desk and support year-round and seasonal recruitment efforts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management. - Lead and motivate core and seasonal Employment Center staff (up to 5 staff members) to maximize the productivity in a positive work environment. - Provides cross training to staff to ensure a balanced distribution of work and flexibility to meet the seasonal employment needs of the company. - Maintains Employment Center Lobby and Training Rooms on a year-round basis and oversees badging and drug screening process. - Has responsibility for the Employment Center front desk and ensures exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and limiting each applicant's wait time. - Reviews and vet applications, a...
