We’re looking for a curious, driven intern to help us modernize how compliance works at scale by integrating artificial intelligence into legal and regulatory processes across Ichor Systems. This role is ideal for students at the intersection of technology, law, and policy who want to apply AI to real-world challenges—improving efficiency, reducing risk, and transforming how organizations manage compliance. You’ll collaborate with teams across Legal, Compliance, and business functions to rethink workflows, introduce automation, and build smarter systems. Reporting to the Sr Manager Legal Programs, this internship is expected to last 10-12 weeks and will be site at our Austin, TX location. What You’ll Do: You’ll play a hands-on role in improving and reimagining compliance operations by: - Building AI-powered solutions to automate compliance reporting and streamline the review of contracts (e.g., supplier agreements, customer contracts, NDAs). - Analyzing current compliance systems—tools, workflows, and handoffs—to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. - Mapping and documenting processes (intake, review, approval, tracking, reporting) to support standardization a...
