Job description

ICT Account Manager Wonde are looking for two experienced ICT Account Managers for an immediate start. These positions are full-time ongoing, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney CBD . The ICT Account Manager will be responsible for the following main duties: Relationship Management & Consultation - Professional Engagement: Build and maintain consultative relationships with school leadership and IT contacts to ensure they are educated on Wonde’s data sync capabilities and product suite. - Requirements Gathering: Facilitate technical meetings to understand school-specific infrastructure and recommend appropriate ICT solutions, including internal products and integrated third-party apps. - Account Growth: Identify opportunities within the existing Data Sync user base to expand Wonde’s impact and provide professional demonstrations of the school portal and Secure Schools. - Objective Support: Assist in the execution of account management strategies to meet business goals and support Wonde's growth in the education sector.
