Shift Supervisor (Full-Time) - Residential Behavioral Health Summit Program | Co-Ed Ages 12-17 | Substance Use Recovery Why Wedgwood?: Since 1960, Wedgwood Christian Services has been dedicated to boldly taking on the toughest mental health and behavioral health problems in West Michigan. We serve children, teens, families, and adults through residential care, counseling services, and community programs. Lead a Trauma-Informed Residential Treatment Team We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide direct care and on-shift leadership within our residential behavioral health program serving adolescent girls and boys (ages 12-17) who struggle with substance use. Many of the youth in our Summit Program Program have never experienced consistent safety or stability. As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as both a mentor to youth and a leader to staff—ensuring consistency in care, guiding daily operations, and supporting a therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed practices.
