This role sits at the heart of our consumer credit risk function, where your insight will help shape how we acquire and manage customers across our portfolio, ensuring decisions are commercially sound and aligned to our risk appetite. You’ll be responsible for monitoring credit risk strategies, analysing model performance and segmenting the portfolio to spot trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Finance and Commercial teams, you’ll deliver meaningful MI, bad debt forecasting and insightful commentary that supports planning, budgeting and continuous optimisation of our acquisition and decisioning processes, while enhancing customer experience.
