Job Purpose The Program Manager’s primary responsibilities are managing large scale client programs, maintaining existing client relationships within the account, and growing new opportunities. They are responsible for delivery services, ensuring quality and timeline requirements are met, the management and mentorship of staff implementing the programs, and maintaining client satisfaction.
