Position: Revenue Cycle Management - Setup & Billing Manager Department: Revenue Cycle Management Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 Location - Remote About the Role: OI Infusion is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to oversee setup functions and billing operations. This leader will manage a team of billers and a setup specialist, ensuring clean claims, accurate EMR maintenance, and seamless site implementations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about reducing denials while driving revenue optimization. Responsibilities Setup & System Management: - Oversee coding audits, including adjustment codes, NDCs, rates, and diagnosis codes. - Manage quarterly rate updates and EMR system maintenance. - Execute new site and provider setup, ensuring accurate configuration of charge codes, modifiers, and payors. - Lead EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments and troubleshoot issues. - Ensure smooth integration of new sites and TINs into the practice management system. - Administer provider portals and maintain secure access. - Identify underutilized tools to improve efficiency. - Create SOPs and provide training for new team members.
