CQID is experiencing enormous organisational growth across all services and seeking suitable candidates for a range of positions. CQID is one of the largest employers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Central Queensland region. Purpose of the Position: The Family Participation Program (FPP) is a free, voluntary service that supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families involved with the statutory child protection system. Using a culturally grounded, time-sensitive Family-Led Decision-Making (FLDM) process, FPP Facilitators work alongside families to ensure they remain central to decisions affecting their children's safety and wellbeing.
