Job Summary: The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking an experienced professional for the Security Supervisor role. The Security Supervisor works under direction and performs work of considerable responsibility in planning and directing a 24-hour security operation and armed security staff. Trains subordinate personnel; conducts inspections, identifies potential security problem areas and provides technical advice; performs other duties as required. This recruitment will be used to establish an 18-month eligibility list to fill current and future vacancies. Minimum Qualifications: Requires two (2) years of experience as DPS Security Officer; OR three (3) years of experience as a security officer, military police officer or law enforcement officer involving public contact.
