Job description

The Transformation and Lessons Learned Integrator for the I-TLLM Division will assist units to accomplish their training, experimentation and real-world operations objectives associated with all matters concerning DOTMLPF-P analysis and assessments. The Contractor shall work with units and organizations to enhance warfighting readiness and lethality by ensuring that all new capabilities fielded to the operational force are seamlessly integrated and fully optimized to meet their needs. This will be achieved by acting as the advocate for the warfighter, guaranteeing that their requirements are embedded throughout the entire modernization lifecycle. Key goals include synchronizing all DOTMLPF-P domains to ensure a holistic and effective capability transition. The position is focused on proactively observing identifying and closing warfighting gaps by leveraging a robust lessons-learned and feedback program, thereby transforming operational insights into tangible improvements and ensuring the continuous evolution of the force.
