The Role: We're looking for a Mining Investment Manager to identify and evaluate mineral investment opportunities that align with our mission-critical focus areas. These investment opportunities will primarily take the form of projects wherein Mariana will serve as a value-added technical and operational experience, rather than passive investments. You'll leverage technical mining knowledge to assess projects across the development spectrum—from early-stage exploration to producing assets. This role is fundamentally about technical evaluation and geological judgment. You'll work directly with our leadership team to build conviction around investment opportunities, conduct rigorous technical due diligence, and help shape our portfolio strategy.
