Job Summary Prepares, researches, and analyzes financial and utilization information to support the department. Essential Functions: - Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Provides guidance on business issues including financial and profitability analysis. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. - Serves as a consultant to assigned areas of the organization to support the financial goals and objectives of Spectrum Health.
