We are continuing to grow our New Games teams across Barcelona and Paris, two of Europe’s leading hubs for creativity and mobile game development. As part of Madbox, you’ll join a small, focused New Games team working on an ambitious and unique project from its earliest stages. This is a unique opportunity to shape a game before launch, iterating quickly on core mechanics while designing, structuring, and balancing the core systems and Live Ops framework required to support long-term growth. As a Game Designer , you will define, tune, and continuously refine the systemic foundations that drive progression, retention, and long-term performance, with a strong emphasis on systems design and combat balancing - while having the opportunity of designing and shaping new features as the game grows.
