This role provides mentorship, structured guidance, and support to help students navigate their academic, personal, and professional development. Mentors facilitate group discussions, connect students to campus resources, and model professionalism and accountability. The position requires a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment and promoting student engagement and success throughout the program.
