OVERVIEW: We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager of Experiences to join our team in our NEW Annapolis, MD House of Sport store in Annapolis Mall! Job Duties & Responsibilities: Experience: Oversees all specialized Experiences of the business including: The Rock Wall, The Cage, The Field/Ice Rink, Golf Bays/Services, Equipment Service, and In- Store activations (where applicable). Increase revenue, traffic, athlete conversion through strategic programming including but not limited to in-store events, utilization of batting cages, golf bays, outdoor field and rock wall, couponing/shop nights.
