This role is primarily accountable to manage highly syndicated loan transactions within LoanIQ and ClearPar, including set up of the deal at closing, managing and executing the primary syndication settlement, maintaining ongoing lender positions, and booking of refinancing's or other corporate actions. The ideal candidate is experienced in closing highly syndicated loan transactions and the primary syndication settlement process. Experienced in LoanIQ, ClearPar, and S&P Loan Platform is highly desired. Provides loan closing and portfolio monitoring support in a professional and timely manner. Facilitates the loan closing process, commitment management and the booking and accounting of the loan portfolio ensuring all required policies, guidelines and standards are met.
