This mid-level role involves hands-on mechanical work, following detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure precision and quality. This position will play a crucial role in the production process and contribute to the company’s overall performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform technical mechanical work using standard hand tools and inspection equipment. Operate equipment for sheet metal fabrication and structural assembly, including: Cross-train in Assembly and Machining to support workforce flexibility.
