JOB DESCRIPTION: Basic Function: The Product Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and technical support necessary to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the Product Engineering Change Management System, (including launch, in-cycle product changes, and supplier led change initiatives), and overall coordination, maintenance of the documentation, and aligned with the Business Operating System. Specific Duties: Change Control - Support program SDT meetings along with the cross-functional departments, including Quality engineers, Manufacturing engineers, product engineers, Operations, Safety, and Materials) to assist program management with upcoming product change issues, and attend program meetings (SDT, ECO-ECR) as a key plant representative. - Oversee and promote all aspects of the Product Engineering Change Management System (ECMS) and related customer requirements. - Maintain strong communication links with all stakeholders (e.g. internal plant, engineering, program management and customer representatives) regarding engineering changes and supportive production trials, prototype/ pre-production builds and supportive paperwork such...
