JOB PURPOSE: Our Paid Search (SEA) consultants team is working on helping our clients developing and growing their online businesses. As a Lead you’ll be managing a team of SEA specialists ranging from junior to senior level. It’s your responsibility to make sure every member has what he or she needs to deliver their best work and that they grow professionally. You have the end responsibility for your team’s turnover. On top of that, you are aware of the client collaboration status of all team members and know when to interfere when needed.
